Summary
No paper abstracts were provided for kisspeptin, so no specific findings can be summarized or cited from the available evidence. Kisspeptin is principally an endogenous neuropeptide that regulates the reproductive (hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal) axis, and much of its large literature concerns its physiological signalling role rather than its use as an administered drug. The high publication and trial counts in the signal data therefore largely reflect kisspeptin as a biological target and research probe; without abstracts, evidence for it as a therapeutic given to patients cannot be substantiated here. Although early-phase human administration studies exist in the broader field, a focused review of primary interventional trials would be needed to grade clinical benefit.
